X-Treme

The most durable padel court, perfect for outdoors

The X-Treme Padel Court has been designed by MejorSet engineers to ensure maximum visibility, aesthetic design and resistance to strong and tropical winds and hurricanes. This court can withstand wind gusts of up to 265 km/h and is certified by American and European organizations. With a special anti-corrosive primer and Magnelis steel reinforcements, this court is ideal for areas with strong winds and has been specially designed for the United States, but also for Central American countries such as Mexico or Oceania such as Australia.

  • Solid outdoor paddle court that can withstand even the strongest winds.
  • Includes individual guards and entrance cladding.
  • Laser cut technology: Designed to allow moisture and rust to escape.
  • European certification with EURCODE 2
  • American Certification by Florida Building Code (7th Edition), 2020; ASTM e1300 and American Society of Civil Engineers, 7-16.

Structure

The padel court roof consists of a self-supporting structure made of structural tube, closed and anchored with two lower and upper rings made of structural tube, the upper ring measuring 350x250x6 to withstand wind speeds of up to 265km/h (165 mp/h) and the lower ring made of 2.5mm thick Mejoset type structural sheet.

Galvanized steel with zinc primer and structural coating with baked epoxy polyester resin with C5 certification.

Galvanized, electro-welded mesh 50x50x4mm supplied without projections and frame made of structural sheet with a thickness according to specification, 2 horizontal tubular cross beams to prevent buckling (prevents the structure from buckling under weight).

Lateral intermediate pillars to support the frames made of tube 100x50x3mm.

  • Length:  20m (internal dimensions of the playing field) 20.40m (external dimensions of the pitch).
  • Width:  10m (inner dimensions of the playing field) 10.40m (outer dimensions of the pitch)

Glass

This track can withstand wind gusts of up to 265 km/h or 165 km/h with tempered glass.

Both the side glass and the rear panels are 2x3m. All are mounted on 5mm thick neoprene to reduce vibrations and breakages. All tempered glass is manufactured following a standardized production process and in compliance with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.

2.5 mm Magnelis carbon steel sheet, coated on both sides with a zinc-aluminium-magnesium alloy to ensure the attachment of the rail and the 4 discs to the ground.

Paint

The metal elements are coated with a thermosetting polyester powder paint formulated on the basis of polyester resins. This QUALICOAT-certified coating in the color requested by the customer gives the elements excellent corrosion and UV resistance as well as high resistance to mechanical impacts.

In coastal and saline environments, we treat the structure with an additional two-layer primer system of pure epoxy, finished with either a powder or liquid paint.

Monofilament Turf

The X-Treme Court uses a 12mm monofilament turf as standard, available in the 4 official colours of the International Padel Federation: blue, green, orange/clay, black and purple.

We also have the new 10mm textured grass, used on the center court of the most important professional tournaments in the world. It is characterized by the textured effect of its filaments, which provide greater capacity for rotational and longitudinal traction, allowing greater grip and improving the safety and performance of movements.

Lighting

The padel court is illuminated by 50x50 mm tubular lanterns, which can be straight, curved or zeta-shaped.

To position the lights, 2 mm long Magnelis trusses of 1 m, 1.4 m and 2 m length are used. These trusses are ideal for optimal illumination of the track.

As standard, our pitches are equipped with the latest generation of LED lighting with 8 x 200w spotlights. To improve the lighting performance, it is possible to increase the number of spotlights or to provide them with more power.

In accordance with NIDE standards, the lighting of a padel court will be uniform and such that the visibility of the players, the referee team or spectators is not obstructed.

We comply with the UNE EN 12193 standard "Lighting of sports facilities".
