Structure

The square comprises a self-supporting structure with structural tubes, enclosed and anchored by two lower and upper perimeter rings. The upper ultra-thin ring is reinforced with 5 mm sheet metal. The steel components are galvanized and the structure is coated with baked epoxy polyester resin.

The galvanized electro-welded mesh has dimensions of 50x50x4mm and is supplied without protrusions. Frames are manufactured according to specifications with structural plates, with three horizontal cross beams made of 40x5mm plates to prevent bending (ensuring the structure remains stable under load).

Paint

The metallic elements are coated with a thermosetting polyester powder paint formulated with polyester resins. This QUALICOAT certified finish, in the gold color of Premier Padel or in black, provides these elements with excellent resistance to corrosion and UV rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical agents. In coastal and salty environments, we treat the structure with an additional two-layer primer system of pure epoxy, coated with either a powder or liquid paint.

Glass

Certified 12mm tempered glass for the panoramic backgrounds and for the sides. The side and bottom panels are 2x3m. All are installed on 5mm neoprene to reduce vibrations and breakages. The manufacturing process of this tempered glass is carried out through a standardized production process and in compliance with the UNE EN 12150-1 standard.

Race

New 10mm textured artificial turf, specially designed for this court. This type of turf is used on the center court of major professional tournaments by Premier Padel, known for its improved rotation and longitudinal pulling capabilities. This results in improved grip and therefore greater safety and performance of movements.

Lighting

Eight linear LED spotlights of 200W each, with high quality lighting and a unique design that resembles half a padel racket, designed by MejorSet. It is possible to increase the number of spotlights or choose others with higher power.

The visibility of the players, the referee team or the spectators is not impaired. Our lighting systems comply with the UNE EN 12193 standard, which specifies the lighting requirements for sports facilities.

New system invented and registered by MejorSet. A hydraulic compression system designed to absorb shocks to the structure during play. It effectively blocks vibrations in the structure at the moment of player contact, thus extending the life of the court.
