Structure
The padel court enclosure consists of a self-supporting structure with structural tube, closed and anchored at the top and bottom with two perimeter rings made of 5 mm structural sheet. Galvanized steel painted or epoxy-polyester resin coated structure. Galvanized electro-welded mesh 50x50x4mm supplied without overhangs. Frame made of 2mm thick structural tube as per specification, 3 horizontal crossbars made of 40x5mm sheet for anti-kink protection, high quality finish that offers perfect visibility without structural elements throughout the glass perimeter, with tailor-made elements in net posts, entrance doors and structural elements.
The color of the structure is to be chosen by the customer.
The manufacturing processes of the structure of MEJORSET paddle tennis courts are carried out as follows:
- Laser: for cutting parts with the highest precision and surface quality.
- Robotized welding : Guarantees the quality of the weld and thus avoids future oxidation of the pores.
- Length: 10m (internal dimensions of the playing field) 10.40m (external dimensions of the pitch).
- Width: 5m (inner dimensions of the playing field) 5.40m (outer dimensions of the pitch)
Glass
Tested 12mm tempered glass mounted on 5mm neoprene to reduce vibration and breakage.
The glass manufacturing process is carried out following a standardized production process and in accordance with UNE EN 12150-1.
Advantages of tempered glass:
- Ability to withstand tensile stress. Higher resistance than annealed glass.
- In the event of breakage, the tempered glass shatters into small fragments that do not cause serious cuts or lacerations such as would be caused by the sharp edges of small pieces of annealed glass.
- These properties make tempered glass a good choice in terms of safety.
- Tempered glass has four times the mechanical strength of annealed glass .
Paint
The metal elements are coated with thermosetting polyester powder paint coated with polyester resins. This coating, in the color requested by the customer, gives the elements good resistance to corrosion and UV rays, as well as high resistance to mechanical agents.
Once the powder paint has been electrostatically applied to the surface of the material, the parts go into an oven where they are heated to a temperature between 180 degrees and 200 degrees. The chemical reaction that takes place is called polymerization.
In coastal or marine areas where the humidity is very saline (especially in the first 100m), we apply a series of additional measures that help protect the metallic elements.
The structure can be painted in the RAL chosen by the customer . Optionally, the system can be painted in two different colors . For example, the light poles can be painted in a different color than the rest of the elements.
Color personalization
Double coating
In coastal and saline environments, we additionally treat the structure with a two-layer primer system of pure epoxy, coated with either a powder or liquid paint.

Monofilament Turf
Latest generation 12mm monofilament artificial grass. This type of surface is ideal for outdoor use due to its texture and faster drainage. It is also recommended for outdoor use, especially at high temperatures, as it is more heat resistant.
Available in the 4 official colors recognized by the International Padel Federation: blue, green, orange/clay and black.
Textured Turf
The pitch is made of the latest generation of artificial turf fibers. This artificial turf range is safer, more stable, more resistant and promises a higher speed of play.
The 12 m long lawn is available in the four official colours accepted by the International Padel Federation: blue, green, orange/clay and purple.
We also have the new 10 m artificial turf used on the main pitches of the biggest tournaments in the world. It is characterized by the positive effect of its turf fibers. This improves grip while increasing safety and player performance.
Our entire range of turf guarantees maximum performance, safety, comfort, durability and is recommended by the International Padel Federation.
Lighting
The LED lighting consists of 8 spotlights with 150w or 200w and has been specially designed for our padel courts.
According to NIDE standards, the lighting of a padel court is always uniform and designed so that the visibility of the players, referees and spectators is not impaired.
We comply with the UNE EN 12193 standard "Lighting of sports facilities".
The advantages of LED projectors for padel courts:
- Unlike conventional halogen spotlights, the projectors switch on immediately, allowing players to make the most of their time on the pitch without having to wait until the maximum brightness is reached.
- Low heat emission. Due to its small size, it is also highly recommended for indoor padel courts.
- Compliance with the lighting regulations of the International Padel Federation.
- Energy saving. Our LED projectors save up to 65% energy compared to traditional halogen lamps.
