Structure
The 20m x 10m area consists of a galvanized steel structure, painted or coated with epoxy polyester resin in compliance with technical regulations.
The mesh size is 50x50x4mm. Frame connections with threaded rods, washers and rounded blind nuts made of stainless steel as well as a double opening of the entrance door of 1.10cm ensure optimal support. All materials have been approved by the International Padel Federation.
Optionally, the corners and the beams made of galvanized pipes (140 x 60 x 2 cm) can be individually adjusted. The sides (80 x 60 x 2 cm) are attached at a height of three meters with intermediate plates. Additional dimensions: anchor plates 300 x 180 x 10 mm and 200 x 190 x 10 mm with 10 mm sheet metal angles; screws m14 or higher; minimum length of the metal bolts 140 mm.
The glass is attached to the ground using various dowels and plates. Metal brackets up to 0.5m high support the glass and form the base of the columns. Horizontal crossbeams (30 x 30 x 2m) are installed at heights of 1m and 2m. The upper columns are sealed with PVC plugs.
- Length: 20m (internal dimensions of the playing field) 20.40m (external dimensions of the pitch).
- Width: 10m (inner dimensions of the playing field) 10.40m (outer dimensions of the pitch
Glass
Approved 12mm tempered glass.
For side glazing, this rail can be equipped with 2 large panes of 2x3m, the same size as the backdrops or the traditional system. All panes are mounted on 5mm thick neoprene to reduce vibrations and breakages.
The glass manufacturing process is carried out following a standardized production process and in accordance with UNE EN 12150-1.
Advantages of tempered glass:
- Ability to withstand tensile stress. Higher resistance than annealed glass.
- In the event of breakage, the tempered glass shatters into small fragments that do not cause serious cuts or lacerations such as would be caused by the sharp edges of small pieces of annealed glass.
- These properties make tempered glass a good choice in terms of safety.
- Tempered glass has four times the mechanical strength of annealed glass .
Paint
The metal elements are coated with a thermosetting polyester powder paint made from polyester resins. This coating, in the color requested by the customer, gives the elements good corrosion and UV resistance as well as high resistance to mechanical impacts.
After electrostatically applying the powder coating to the surface of the material, the parts are heated in an oven to a temperature between 180ºC and 200ºC, where polymerization takes place.
In coastal/marine areas where salt spray is formed, driven by the wind and poses a high risk of corrosion (especially in the first 100 meters), we apply a number of additional measures to protect the metal structure of the course from corrosion.
We work with paints with the QUALICOAT seal, a quality seal committed to maintaining and promoting the quality of coatings on aluminum substrates and their alloys for architectural applications.
Color Personalization
Double coating
In coastal and saline environments, we additionally treat the structure with a two-layer primer system of pure epoxy, coated with either a powder or liquid paint.

Monofilament Turf
The pitch is made of the latest generation of artificial turf fibers. This artificial turf range is safer, more stable, more resistant and promises a higher speed of play.
The 12 m long lawn is available in the four official colours accepted by the International Padel Federation: blue
We also have the new 10 m artificial turf used on the main pitches of the biggest tournaments in the world. It is characterized by the positive effect of its turf fibers. This improves grip while increasing safety and player performance.
Our entire range of turf guarantees maximum performance, safety, comfort, durability and is recommended by the International Padel Federation.
Textured Turf
The 12mm monofilament turf is available in the 4 official colours of the International Padel Federation: blue
Also available is the 10mm textured turf , an artificial turf used on the centre court in the most important professional tournaments in the world and characterized by the textured effect of its filaments, which provide greater rotational and longitudinal traction capacity. Our entire range of turf guarantees maximum performance, safety, comfort and durability and is recommended by the Association of Professional Padel Players and the International Padel Federation.
